Did I mention how much I love this little girl? She's stinkin' cute in black and white, too!
My friend KB learned today that their adoption case has their final ruling, and they'll be traveling to Taiwan in 5 weeks. I'm so thrilled for them! It's a little bittersweet, as we both really hoped we'd continue to get good news at the same time. Can't help but boohoo a little... but chin up, Sarah. There's always tomorrow. Or the next day....
Tonight I'm making a list of all the things I want to get done before we travel. I want to get busy, checking things off... and hopefully we'll be surprised with some good news as well.

ReplyDeleteOut of our LARGE waiting group for Travel call.. I was the LAST to get called and it hurt! BUT God let me travel the same time range as the rest.. just told me a little later.. SO, CHIN UP THERE GIRL!

Sarah, I know it's so hard. . .good for you for staying positive and busy. I watched, along with Jackie, families get referrals months after us and bring their babies home months before. Once HC is home, I promise with all that I am, you'll never remember. . .hugs, Tiff

Hope you hear something super soon. She is so precious! Like Sarah K., we were last to travel out of several people we were in touch with online and it was super hard...I totally remember those feelings of being so happy for everyone else but not really believing our turn would come. But it all happens at the right time, I promise!
