Times are a changing. My grandparents cut things out of their newspaper and mail them to me in an envelope, sometimes with notes on the side. Mom and Dad e-mail me links to read.
After reading that post... I'm thinking, "Gheesh. Just wait until next year when the Guatemala numbers are way down due to Hague treaty implementation."

Yeah, and the sad part is that its not for lack of desire-more people are *wanting* to adopt, its just becoming harder to actually do. I'm hoping that after the initial Hague implementation, that it will be easier to work between countries because we'll all be "on the same page". From what I understand, *not* ratifying has caused the US some problems. Who knows.
