I've only had 13 of the 40 foods that this CNN article says that the Taiwanese can't live without. Looks like I have a lot of work to do! :)

    Have enjoyed reading up on everything you guys are going through. We also experienced the Taiwan medical system when Sierra ended up with an infection. Loved the medical, but a little scary (ours didn't speak much English). So glad you guys have been so immersed in the culture. Can't wait to read/see more. Samantha is fascinated. Her best friend just got a "big" sister from China (late last month), so anything to do with travel in Asia is very interesting to her. We are all very excited to hear about Hudson's forever family day! Lori
