confessions of a pre-adoptive parent

Last week I confessed that I most likely hadn't changed a diaper since my middle school babysitting days. My friend Amy was SO NICE to post photos of me changing her son's diaper on her blog. THANKS, Amy. Oh, and thanks for the experience points, baby Cooper.

  1. The pictures were hilarious. I'm sorry, I couldn't help it... I was snorting & giggling. :)

Hey, since practice makes perfect, feel free to come on over anytime and change Grant's. Ha!

Oh, and saw your entry into the new giveaway. I KNEW I would get you with those shoes!!!! Aren't they the cutest ever?? Very Hannah Claire-ish, I think.

  2. Of course you'd get me with those shoes! I've only been drooling over shoes like this on Etsy for months! :)

  7. How nice of your friend to post pictures. ;-) I don't know how I could ever change a diaper laying on my stomach - especially a boy. You are a very brave one.

p.s. I think you live in the same town as my brother and SIL. I figured that out from your 9/7 post. Just in case you see my adorable little nephews and niece around town...
